How to Install the WellnexAI Chatbot on Your Website

Once you've customized your chatbot, installing it on your site is simple. Follow the instructions below based on the platform you're using.

🔧 Step 1: Copy Your Unique Embed Code

You'll receive a code like this:

Copy the entire line.

🌐 Platform-Specific Instructions

🔹 Squarespace

  1. Go to your Squarespace dashboard.
  2. Click on Settings > Advanced > Code Injection.
  3. Scroll to the Footer section.
  4. Paste your embed code here.
  5. Click Save.
    6. ✔️ Your chatbot will now appear on every page.

🔹 WordPress

Option A – Using Elementor:
  1. Open the page in Elementor where you want to place the chatbot.
  2. Drag the HTML widget to the bottom of the page.
  3. Paste the code into the widget.
  4. Click Update.
Option B – Manual Theme Install:
  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Appearance > Theme File Editor.
  3. Select the footer. php file .
  4. Paste the embed code just before the closing </body> tag.
  5. Click Update File.

🔹 Wix

  1. Go to your Wix site dashboard.
  2. Click Settings > Custom Code.
  3. Click + Add Custom Code.
  4. Paste the embed code.
  5. Under Add Code to Pages, select "All Pages."
  6. Choose Place Code in: Body - end.
  7. Save and publish.

🔹 Shopify

  1. From your admin panel, go to Online Store > Themes.
  2. Click Actions > Edit Code.
  3. Open the theme.liquid file.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and paste the code just before the </body> tag.
  5. Click Save.
    6. ✔️ The chatbot will now show on all pages.

🔹 Webflow

  1. Open your Webflow project dashboard.
  2. Click Pages, then the gear icon next to your desired page.
  3. Scroll to the Before </body> tag field.
  4. Paste the code.
  5. Click Save, then Publish your changes.

🔹 Weebly

  1. Go to your Site Editor > Settings > SEO.
  2. Scroll to the Footer Code section.
  3. Paste the embed code.
  4. Save and Publish your site.

🔹 GoDaddy Website Builder

  1. In your dashboard, click Edit Site.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Site-wide Code.
  3. Choose Body - end.
  4. Paste the chatbot embed code.
  5. Click Publish.

🔹 Duda

  1. Open your site editor and click Settings > Head HTML
  2. Switch to the Body End tab.
  3. Paste your embed code.
  4. Click Save and Publish.

🔹 ClickFunnels

  1. Open the desired funnel page.
  2. Click Settings > Tracking Code.
  3. Scroll to Footer.
  4. Paste your embed code.
  5. Save the page.

🔹 Kajabi

  1. Go to Settings > Site Details > Page Scripts.
  2. Paste the embed code in the Footer section.
  3. Click Save
    4. ✔️ Your chatbot is now installed on all pages.

🔹 Bubble.io

Option A – Site-wide Installation:
  1. Open your Bubble app.
  2. Go to Settings > SEO / Metatags.
  3. Scroll to Script in the body (before </body>).
  4. Paste your embed code there.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Deploy or Preview to check chatbot visibility.
Option B – Specific Page Installation:
  1. Open your desired page.
  2. Drag the HTML element onto the canvas.
  3. Paste the embed code inside the HTML element.
  4. Place it near the bottom of the page.
  5. Click Preview or Deploy.

🔹 Framer

  1. Open your Framer project.
  2. Go to Settings > Custom Code.
  3. Paste the embed code in the Body - end section.
  4. Click Publish.

🔹 Carrd

  1. In the editor, click + Add Element > Embed.
  2. Select Code and paste the embed code.
  3. Place the element at the bottom of your page.
  4. Click Publish.

🔹 Tilda

  1. Go to Site Settings > More > Custom Code.
  2. Scroll to Before </body>.
  3. Paste your embed code.
  4. Click Save and Publish.

🔹 Webnode

  1. Open your website dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Website Settings > HTML Footer.
  3. Paste the chatbot embed code.
  4. Click Save and Publish.

💭 My chatbot isn't showing up on my website. What should I do?
There are a few common reasons why your WellnexAI chatbot may not appear after installation:
✅ 1. Check that the embed code is placed correctly
  1. Make sure the code was pasted just before the closing </body> tag of your website's HTML.
  2. If you're using a site builder (like Wix, Shopify, Webflow, etc.), double-check that you followed the correct steps for your platform.
  3. On WordPress, if you're using a theme editor, ensure you saved changes in footer.php.
🔄 2. Clear your cache and refresh
  1. Sometimes, browser or site caching can delay updates.
  2. Try clearing your browser cache or open your site in an incognito/private window.
  3. If you're using a site builder with a "Publish" button, make sure you've clicked it after adding the code.
🆔 3. Verify your chatbot ID
  1. Ensure that your embed code contains your unique business ID (e.g., biz=yourcompany123). If the ID is missing or incorrect, the chatbot won't load.
🔐 4. Check if the chatbot is restricted by your site's privacy settings
  1. Some platforms (like Shopify or Webflow) may have custom script settings, cookie consent banners, or security rules that block scripts.
  2. Make sure third-party scripts are allowed, or whitelist the WellnexAI script in any firewall or cookie consent manager.
